A Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) is an alternative fuel vehicle that uses compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG). Natural gas vehicles should not be confused with autogas vehicles powered by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), mainly propane, a fuel with a fundamentally different composition.
Natural gas is a natural fuel and does not require processing like oil, which is itself an environmentally polluting process. Oil refining also leaves a lot of waste.
Natural gas does not require processing processes and can be used as fuel immediately after production.
With relatively small losses in engine efficiency when switching to Natural gas fuel, you get significant savings and at the same time improve the ecology of the planet.
